Thank you for shopping at Boneshop Tabletop! Here you will find all important information about order processing, delivery, shipping costs, international shipments and possible import charges.
1. Order Processing
We process your order as quickly as possible. Unless a different delivery period is specified for an individual product, the delivery times listed below apply.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation. If the selected shipping method supports tracking, the confirmation will also include a tracking number or a link to track your shipment.
2. Shipping Destinations
We ship within Germany as well as to selected countries in the European Union and other European countries, including Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway.
The available delivery countries depend on the active shipping markets of our online store. You can view the countries available for your order during checkout.
3. Shipping Costs and Delivery Times
Our shipping costs depend on the delivery country, shipping weight and selected shipping method. The shipping options available for your order and the applicable shipping costs will be displayed during checkout before you complete your order.
All stated shipping prices include applicable statutory VAT, where applicable.

4. Taxes, Customs Duties and Import Charges
Deliveries within the European Union
For deliveries within Germany and the European Union, the applicable value-added taxes are calculated during checkout in accordance with statutory requirements.
Regular shipments of goods within the customs territory of the European Union are generally not subject to import customs duties. Special statutory provisions for certain territories remain unaffected.
Deliveries Outside the European Union
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, particularly Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway, German VAT may not apply if the relevant legal requirements are met. Taxes are calculated in accordance with statutory requirements based on the selected delivery country.
When goods are imported into a non-EU country, import VAT, customs duties or additional charges may be imposed by the relevant authorities. The shipping carrier may also charge additional handling or customs clearance fees.
These additional charges are not included in our stated shipping costs and must be paid by the recipient unless the checkout explicitly indicates that the relevant duties and taxes have already been paid in advance.
The amount of any import charges depends on factors including the destination country, the value of the goods and the type of products ordered. We recommend checking the applicable import regulations of your country before placing an international order.
5. Calculation of Delivery Times
For advance payments by bank transfer, the stated delivery period begins on the day following the date on which you instruct your bank to make the payment. For other payment methods, the delivery period begins on the day following the conclusion of the contract.
The stated delivery times include order processing and delivery by the shipping carrier.
Regular deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays. Public holidays at the shipping origin or destination must be taken into account when calculating the delivery period.
International shipments may experience delays, particularly due to customs clearance procedures, exceptional weather conditions or disruptions affecting the shipping carrier. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
If a different delivery period is specified for an individual product, the delivery time stated on the respective product page shall apply.
6. Pre-Orders and Products with Different Delivery Times
For pre-orders and products with different availability dates, the delivery periods or dispatch dates specified in the respective product description shall apply.
If several items with different delivery periods are shipped together in a single shipment, the delivery period for the combined shipment shall be determined by the item with the longest stated delivery time.
If a partial delivery is arranged, we will inform you accordingly. Additional shipping charges for partial deliveries will only apply if expressly agreed upon in advance.
7. Order Tracking
If tracking is available for your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation containing the relevant tracking information after your order has been dispatched.
Please note that it may take some time for the first tracking information to appear or update after the shipping label has been created and the parcel has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
8. Shipping Address and Address Changes
Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your order.
If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible using our contact form.
We will attempt to correct the address if your order has not yet been dispatched and the change is technically and operationally possible.
9. Lost, Damaged or Delayed Shipments
If your order does not arrive, is damaged during transit or is delayed, please contact us using our contact form.
We will assist you in resolving the issue with the shipping carrier and handle your inquiry accordingly.
If your shipment arrives damaged, photographs of the packaging and affected items can help us process your request. However, providing such documentation is not a prerequisite for exercising your statutory rights.
Your statutory warranty rights and other legal rights remain fully unaffected.
10. Order Changes and Cancellations
If you wish to change or cancel your order after placing it, please contact us as soon as possible.
As long as your order has not yet been dispatched, we will try to accommodate requests for changes or cancellations. However, subsequent changes cannot be guaranteed in every case.
Your statutory right of withdrawal and other legal rights remain unaffected.
You may exercise your right of withdrawal using the withdrawal function provided on our website or through the methods described in our Cancellation Policy.

11. Returns and Right of Withdrawal
In the event of a valid withdrawal, the provisions of our Cancellation Policy shall apply. According to this policy, you are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.
Your statutory rights in the event of defective or incorrectly delivered goods remain unaffected.

12. Local Pickup
If local pickup is offered during checkout, you can collect your online order during our stated business hours once you have received confirmation that your order is ready for collection.
