Gandalf the Grey is one of the few Istari, tasked with guiding the Free Peoples of Middle-earth to victory over evil and restoring peace. To this end, he advises Thorin Oakenshield to assemble a company of Dwarves and reclaim their homeland from the clutches of the Dragon Smaug. Gandalf joins them and the brave Bilbo Baggins on their quest to Erebor – for he fears that a sinister power will try to gain the dragon's allegiance if left undisturbed.

Having been captured and tortured, Thráin is now a broken creature, barely remembering his own name, let alone his proud past and lineage. Yet, he is still dangerous, for deep within his mind lie the instincts of a proud Dwarven warrior.

While Gandalf is one of the most powerful wizards in all of Middle-earth, and also a mighty warrior, Thrain is unpredictable and can fight with the strength of a berserker or turn on his allies. Gandalf can be part of the armies of Thorin's Company, the Survivors of Lake-town, the White Council, the Fellowship, and the Shire. Thráin can be part of the armies of the White Council or the Dark Powers of Dol Guldur. Gandalf can also be built with or without his distinctive hat.

This set contains two resin miniatures: 1x Gandalf the Grey and 1x Thráin the Broken. Each model comes with the appropriate base.

These miniatures are supplied unpainted and require assembly – we recommend using Citadel paints.
