As the head of the White Council, Saruman the White ultimately dictates the actions of its members. Though he was previously against openly confronting the Necromancer of Dol Guldur, believing him to be no true threat, recent events have forced his hand. Saruman now leads the White Council as it unleashes its full might against Sauron.
One of the oldest and most powerful of her kind, Galadriel is a member of the White Council who journeys to Dol Guldur to rescue Gandalf from the Necromancer. Gandalf is very dear to Galadriel’s heart, so much so that she will not suffer any to do him harm – a fact the Keeper is made to learn first-hand. With the power of her will and the Light of Eärendil, Galadriel can banish Nazgûl and confronts Sauron, threatening to annihilate him should he not return to the void from whence he came.
A mighty and renowned warrior, Elrond has stood at the forefront of many battles. He fought in the War of the Last Alliance against Sauron, and was witness to the Dark Lord’s downfall. It was he who attempted to persuade Isildur to destroy the Ring once and for all, an act that would have saved the Third Age much suffering. Elrond is blessed with the gift of foresight, bestowing his allies with great wisdom.
Each of these heroes is a powerful champion of Middle-earth. Saruman the White is a powerful Wizard, Galadriel a being of pure power protecting her allies and striking down her enemies, and Elrond a legendary warrior. Together, the three are an army unto themselves, but you can use them in many Armies of Good, including The White Council.
This set contains three resin Heroes: 1x Saruman the White, 1x Galadriel, Lady of Light, and 1x Elrond, Master of Rivendell. Each model comes with a Citadel Base.
These miniatures are supplied unpainted and require assembly – we recommend using Citadel paints.
