Water-based acrylic varnishes with a new, fast-drying formula and an acrylic resin of exceptional hardness and durability. Protects painted models from dust, scratches, dirt, and moisture. Acrylic varnish should never be applied until the paint is completely dry. It is recommended to wait at least 24 hours. The varnish should be applied in thin layers at intervals of approximately four hours. Brushes or other utensils should be kept moist during work.
Properties:
Model Color acrylic varnish is available in three finishes: gloss, satin, or matte. They dry quickly, forming a flexible film that is resistant and waterproof after drying and does not yellow or crack.
Note:
Acrylic paints usually dry quickly, but this depends heavily on temperature, humidity, light and airflow, as well as the surface on which the product is applied. When applied to absorbent substrates, the water evaporates quickly. On non-porous surfaces such as acetate, metal or plastic, the evaporation of the water content must occur through the paint layer or gel. When applying these products in thick layers for ease and texture, complete drying can take weeks.
