Knight Preceptors embody the Code Chivalric. Their pilots close with the foe at honourable range, engaging them with respectful force and slaying them with the efficiency befitting their station. Typically, hardened veterans pilot these Knights, setting an example for their younger comrades by bringing down the most fearsome of foes.
This multipart plastic kit builds one Knight Preceptor, a noble war machine for your Imperial Knights armies, or a Freeblade for your Space Marines, Astra Militarum, Adepta Sororitas, Adeptus Custodes, Adeptus Mechanicus, or Imperial Agents armies in games of Warhammer 40,000. Alternatively, it can be built as a powerful Imperial Knight in one of six configurations, or as a Knight Desecrator for your Chaos Knights armies, which can also serve as a Dreadblade in Chaos Space Marines, Death Guard, Emperor's Children, Thousand Sons, or World Eaters armies. The Knight Preceptor lays waste to the foe from afar with its laser impulsor, before sweeping aside any survivors with either its thunderstrike gauntlet or a reaper chainsword.
This set can be built as one of the following miniatures:
–– Canis Rex, armed with a laser impulsor, Questoris multi-laser, and the Freedom's Hand. Also includes Sir Hekhtur on foot
– Knight Preceptor, armed with a laser impulsor, reaper chainsword (which can be replaced by a thunderstrike gauntlet), and Questoris multi-laser (can be replaced by a meltagun or a Questoris gatling cannon)
– Knight Paladin, armed with a rapid-fire battle cannon, Questoris gatling cannon, meltagun (can be replaced by a Questoris gatling cannon), and reaper chainsword (can be replaced by a thunderstrike gauntlet)
– Knight Errant, armed with a thermal cannon, meltagun (can be replaced by a Questoris gatling cannon), and reaper chainsword (can be replaced by a thunderstrike gauntlet)
– Knight Gallant, armed with a thunderstrike gauntlet, reaper chainsword, and meltagun (can be replaced by a Questoris gatling cannon)
– Knight Warden, armed with an avenger gatling cannon, heavy flamer, meltagun (can be replaced by a Questoris gatling cannon), and reaper chainsword (can be replaced by a thunderstrike gauntlet)
– Knight Crusader, armed with an avenger gatling cannon, heavy flamer, thermal cannon, and meltagun (can be replaced by a Questoris gatling cannon)
– Knight Desecrator, armed with a reaper chainsword (can be replaced by a daemonbreath thermal cannon, desecrator gatling cannon and heavy darkflamer, or desecrator battle cannon and diabolus heavy stubber), warpstrike claw (can be replaced by a daemonbreath thermal cannon, desecrator gatling cannon and heavy darkflamer, or desecrator battle cannon and diabolus heavy stubber), and a daemonbreath meltagun (can be replaced by a diabolus heavy stubber). It can also be equipped with a havoc missile launcher, stormspear rocket pod, or hellstorm autocannons
Knight Preceptors, Knight Paladins, Knight Errants, Knight Gallants, Knight Wardens, and Knight Crusaders can optionally carry an ironstorm missile pod, stormspear rocket pod, or twin Icarus autocannon. The kit also includes a detailed cockpit with pilots in the Mechanicum Throne.
Whichever class you choose to build, it brings an arsenal of terrifyingly powerful weapons to bear. Just one of these formidable war machines can turn the tide of any battle. With various faceplates, tilting plates, and other accessories, you can create a truly unique war machine.
This kit comprises 250 plastic components, 1 x Citadel 170mm x 109mm Oval Base, and 1 x Citadel 25mm Round Base. Also included is a Questoris Knight Transfer Sheet with 302 high-quality decals to decorate your miniature.
This miniature is supplied unpainted and requires assembly – we recommend using Citadel Plastic Glue and Citadel Colour paints.
