Lurtz is the mightiest of Saruman’s Uruk-hai, hand-picked by the Wizard himself to lead the hunting party that is tasked with capturing the Ringbearer. At the head of his Uruk-hai Scout war band, this merciless Orc never gave up the pursuit, following the Fellowship all the way to Amon Hen where he cut down Boromir with ruthless efficiency.

Uglúk, a captain in Lurtz’s raiding party, takes command of the Uruk-hai Scouts after the battle of Amon Hen, hurrying them (along with their Hobbit captives) towards Isengard. Resolutely following Saruman’s orders, when Grishnákh’s Orcs threaten the captives, Uglúk takes swift action, restoring order with a quick flick of his blade.

These Uruk-hai Heroes are powerful leaders for their brutish kind. Lurtz is armed with an Uruk-hai bow, a shield, and a sword, whilst Uglúk also carries a bloody sword – and the severed head of an Orc who displeased him.

This set contains two metal miniatures – Lurtz and Uglúk – and is supplied with two Citadel 25mm Round Bases.
