The Karacnos is a variant of the Triaros Armoured Conveyor, where the transport area has been replaced by a silo for radiological mortar shells. Together with independently targeting lightning locks, the Karacnos takes on the role of a mobile artillery platform capable of approaching the enemy line and withstanding attacks to deliver its deadly payload.

From this multi-part plastic kit, you can build four Karacnos Assault Tanks, mighty mobile artillery for your Mechanicum or Dark Mechanicum armies, which you can also use as allies for your Legiones Astartes or Solar Auxilia armies for Legions Imperialis. Each of them is a well-protected fire platform that can fire infantry-annihilating, irradiated mortar shells and punishing salvos from their Lightning Locks. They can be built with an open or retracted mortar battery. These powerful tanks reinforce your army with heavy firepower and are ideally suited to clear areas of enemies.

This kit includes 124 plastic parts and 1x Mechanicum transfer sheet with 500 high-quality, water-soluble transfers with which you can adorn your miniatures. These miniatures are unpainted and need to be assembled – we recommend using Citadel plastic glue and Citadel Colour paints.

The rules for using your Karacnos squadron in Legions Imperialis can be found in the separately available Warhammer: The Horus Heresy – Legions Imperialis: The Rise of the Dark Mechanicum.
