Key Features

  • Lead your Solar Auxilia forces with a seasoned front-line command squad
  • A highly versatile kit that can alternatively build a Line Command Squad or a Legate Marshal with bodyguards
  • Customise your unit with upgrades, including a command vox relay, augury scanners, vexillum banners, and more
Solar Auxilia Tactical Command Squads are specialists in battlefield command and control. Led by a Captain or equivalent sub-commander, this expert group directs the flow of orders, directs the tercios, and coordinates artillery and orbital operations. This crucial role is reflected by the lower-echelon Line Command Squads, who lead the troops at the front line, while the most powerful and renowned officers of the Solar Auxilia, commonly known as Legate Marshals, instead march to war with their personal bodyguards and equipment from their own armouries.

This multipart plastic kit builds one Solar Auxilia Tactical Command Squad, made up of one Auxilia Captain and four Auxilia Companions. These soldiers wear finely wrought void armour and command gear, as well as carrying their lasrifles – the kit includes an augury scanner, a command vox relay, and a proud Cohort Vexillum, as well as a deadly melta bomb. The Captain has a choice of heads and many additional weapons – a power fist, power sword, or charnabal sabre, as well as a laspistol, blast pistol, needle pistol, plasma pistol, or hand flamer.

This incredibly versatile kit can alternatively be built as a lower-echelon Line Command Squad, wearing less ornate armour and carrying a less ostentatious vexillum. You can also build a Legate Marshal from the kit, accompanied by four bodyguards. For the Legate Marshal, you’ll find even more weapon options – a volkite serpenta, inferno pistol, or archaeotech pistol, and a thunder hammer or paragon blade – and the bodyguards can be equipped with some of their master's excess equipment!

This kit comprises 137 plastic components, 5x Citadel 25mm Round Bases, and a Solar Auxilia Infantry Transfer Sheet containing 152 high-quality decals. These miniatures are supplied unpainted and require assembly – we recommend using Citadel Plastic Glue and Citadel Colour paints.

Please note that this kit contains enough components to build an extra Auxilia Companion if you have a spare Citadel 25mm Round Base.

12+. WARNING. Not suitable for children under 36 months. Small parts. Essential pointed components.
