Necrosphinxes are terrifying war constructs based upon various mythical monsters of the Nehekharan underworld – the face and torso of a man emerges from a huge lion’s body, with ornate hawk-wings and a deadly scorpion tail. Equipped with huge scything blades, they glide onto the battlefield, swooping down upon their chosen prey and reaping souls like a harvester gathers grain.

This multipart plastic kit builds one Necrosphinx, a mighty living statue for the Tomb Kings of Khemri. The Necrosphinx has options for a bladed arm and a paw pose, used to crush its foes. It can be built with a bladed tail or venomous stinger, and further customised with included head options – a regal death mask or a monstrous skull, both with a selection of embellishments.

The kit also includes a Tomb King, represented on foot with his own base. Alternatively, the entire kit can build a Khemrian Warsphinx, an undead beast carrying a howdah into battle.

This set contains 88 plastic components, one Citadel 25mm Square Base, and one Citadel 60x100mm Rectangular Base. These miniatures are supplied unpainted and require assembly – we recommend using Citadel Plastic Glue and Citadel Colour paints.
