Model Wash is a range of washes developed with a unique water-based formula. The product offers the model painter new techniques to represent, among other things, the processes of aging.

Paints with a matte finish and high capillarity, formulated to highlight the tiny details of the model's panels and the contrasts created by wear and accumulated dirt from operational and weather influences. The versatility of Model Wash makes the product equally useful for quick shading as for creating clumpy dust and dirt around the model's details, such as rivets and panel lines.

The washes are also used as a filter, applied uniformly to the model to change the base color. Model Wash can be applied with a brush and airbrush and dries very quickly, allowing the painting or weathering process to continue after about 20 minutes. Painting tools are cleaned with water.
