Landsknechte form the Bretonnian regiments of low birth, taken into their noble rulers' household guard as children. Though they may not look like much, they are not to be underestimated – when these simple foot soldiers gather for war, they serve as vital infantry support for the Knights and Nobles. With their tall shields bearing their lord's heraldry, they march forward in a wave of proud colours and carefully polished steel.

This multipart plastic kit builds 36 Landsknechte, the peasant foot soldiers of the Kingdom of Bretonnia. Each of these valiant warriors carries a blade-tipped polearm and a sturdy shield, and is protected by simple armour befitting their station. The kit includes two command sections – each made up of a standard bearer, a resolute Grail Monk, a musician with a choice of instruments, and a Freisasse Champion – allowing you to field two regiments of 18 models or one impressive shield wall of 32 models.

The kit contains a variety of different bodies, helmeted heads, polearms in different poses, and peasant baggage, all of which are interchangeable – so no two mobs of Landsknechte need be alike.

This kit contains 308 plastic components, 36x Citadel 25mm Square Bases, and a Bretonnian Transfer Sheet with 176 high-quality transfers.

These miniatures are supplied unpainted and require assembly – we recommend using Citadel Plastic Glue and Citadel Colour paints.
