The miniatures in this set are easy to customise. The Death Riders can each be armed with either a power sabre, a frag lance, or a Death Rider laser carbine. The set includes parts for an optional squad leader, as well as many cosmetic parts, including different pouch designs.
The gunners of the Heavy Weapons Squad can be armed with a lascannon, a Heavy Krieg flamer, or a Krieg twin-linked heavy stubber, and can be equipped with interchangeable backpacks and accessories. The fire coordinator can be built either kneeling or looking at a map of the battlefield.
The Death Korps of Krieg squad includes parts for an optional Watchmaster, who can be equipped with a plasma pistol, laspistol or bolt pistol and a chainsword or power weapon. One miniature can be built as a sniper, one with a flamer, one with a grenade launcher, and one with a plasma gun or melta gun. One squad member can be equipped with a Vox-caster, another with medical equipment. You will also find various cosmetic accessories, including bayonets, picks, pouches, and grenades.
The Lord Commissar in the Command Squad can be built with a plasma pistol or whip in the right hand and a power fist or power sword in its scabbard with an outstretched left hand. A Veteran of the unit can be built with either a laspistol, bolt pistol, or plasma pistol in the right hand and a chainsword, power weapon, or trench club in the left. Another soldier can carry a bolter, plasma gun, melta gun, or grenade launcher. The remaining soldiers carry the Regimental Standard, a high-power vox-caster, and alchemical antidotes. You also receive plenty of cosmetic options, including spades, to customise your miniatures to your liking.
