At the heart of the Fissilicus macro-city, the citizens of Volkus prepare for a ritually significant event: the firing of the Great Cannon. The macabre Goreharvesters, followers of Khorne intent on sabotage, rise from the depths of the macro-city on a wave of blood and violence. The fervent Sancticators stand against them, defending the sacred weapon in the Emperor's name. Nothing less than the fate of the Great Cannon and Volkus itself is at stake.
This expansion includes multi-part kits for two Kill Teams, an imposing Shrine terrain piece, rules, datacards, and accessories for Kill Team. It continues the narrative on Volkus and introduces new ways to play, more fighters, more strategies – ideal for making your games even more varied.
This game set contains:
– 56-page Softcover Dossier of Fervour and Blood: Background, illustrations, and rules for the two Kill Teams in the box, plus an overview of the ongoing conflict on Volkus.
– Sancticators Kill Team: A complete Kill Team of 11 multi-part plastic miniatures, consisting of 1x Confessor, 1x Cherub, 1x Death Cult Assassin, 1x Confessor, 1x Stigmatist, 2x Missionaries, 1x Drill Abbot, 1x Consecrator (which can alternatively be built as a Preacher), 1x Firebrand (which can alternatively be built as a Preacher), and 1x Relic Keeper (which can alternatively be built as a Preacher).
– Goreharvesters Kill Team: A complete Kill Team of 8 multi-part plastic miniatures, consisting of 1x Gorefane, 2x Aspirants, plus 1x Blood Reaver, 1x Impaler, 1x Skull Collector, 1x Stalker, and 1x Instigator (all of which, except the Gorefane, can also be built as Aspirants).
– Killzone Upgrade: Shrine Statue: A terrain piece that can be used with the rules in the book.
– Sancticators Datacards: 37 datacards with information on all fighters and faction rules, abilities, rosters, and equipment.
– Goreharvesters Datacards: 40 datacards with information on all fighters and faction rules, abilities, rosters, and equipment.
– Fervour and Blood Cards: 32 cards for the Fervour and Blood mission pack are included in the book.
– Token Sheet: A double-sided cardboard sheet with 38x tokens for the Goreharvesters and 39x tokens for the Sancticators.
This kit comprises 218 plastic components, 9x Citadel Round Bases (32mm), and 10x Citadel Round Bases (25mm). These miniatures are unpainted and require assembly – we recommend using Citadel Plastic Glue and Citadel Colour paints.
The miniatures and other components of this product will be available separately later. The Fervour and Blood Dossier and the mission pack cards are exclusive to this game set.
You will need a copy of the Kill Team Core Rulebook and Killzone: Volkus, both sold separately, to make full use of the contents of this box.
