The vampire Deintalos lurks in the gloom of Harrowdeep – a patient menace eager to ensnare those who wander the labyrinthine passages. His experimentation with the Dynamos – the arcanoelectric power he believes animates all things – led to his self-imposed exile from Shyish, where his brand of necromancy was taboo. In Harrowdeep, Deintalos found the ideal haven for his gruesome experiments, aided by his mortal necromantic assistant, Marcov. Deintalos reanimates the salvaged corpses of the drowned with arcane machinery and the Dynamos’ power. These Arcwalkers, as Deintalos calls them, move in unsettling synchronicity as they tear apart their foes. With their mindless aid, Deintalos seeks to unravel every secret of the abyssal maze he inhabits.
The Exiled Dead are aggressive but flexible enough to keep your opponent on their toes and take objective markers. Once your shambling fighters are in position, they’re hard to shift. What’s more, Deintalos has an ability to keep them moving, able to activate multiple Arcwalkers at once. This box includes a complete Rivals deck, plus plenty of extra cards to let you try out some tricks, as well as universal cards and Grand Alliance cards that any warband can use.
