The Ringwraiths, the Nazgûl, the Nine, the Black Riders – these are all names for the terrifying undead servants of Sauron. They were once the Kings of Men, who were given Rings of Power by Sauron as gifts. However, they were corrupted by the Dark Lord's power and faded into nothingness, their bodies withered and their minds twisted by malice and cruelty. Now they serve Sauron unfailingly, for they are entirely subject to his will.

The Black Riders include nine of Sauron's most powerful servants. Whether they lead warbands of the Dark Lord's minions or ride together as they did in search of the Ringbearer, each Ringwraith is a formidable opponent, none more so than their leader, the Witch-king of Angmar.

The set contains three metal miniatures. Each comes in three parts and with a 40mm Citadel Round Base. You can find their rules in Armies of The Lord of the Rings™, and they can even be fielded using the rules for the Scouring of the Shire expansion as the Black Riders Legendary Legion.
