Background:
The Palanite Enforcers are the paramilitary law enforcement of the Necromunda Macro-Hive, directly serving Lord Helmawr. They operate from Precinct Fortresses, owe allegiance to none of the great Houses, and follow a strict hierarchy under Proctors and Provost Marshals. Their mission is not justice, but the enforcement of the Imperial House's rule with a heavy hand, especially in the sprawling settlements of the Underhive.

In action, patrols of Captains, Sergeants, and Patrolmen are deployed, while heavily armored Subjugators breach barricades and suppress uprisings.
