Ash Wastes Arachni-rigs – known by House Van Saar as Arachnika Ash-jumpers – are armoured exoskeletons devised to traverse Necromunda's inhospitable surface. Their jump boosters allow them to leap over obstacles, escape danger, or unexpectedly land in the middle of their enemies. Heavy weapons and surprising mobility make Ash-jumpers a threat to enemy vehicles and nomad gangs, as they can riddle Cargo-8 trains with laser and plasma fire, clear difficult terrain of enemies with flamers and rad guns, and pull in targets with harpoons.

This multipart plastic kit allows you to build two Van Saar Ash Wastes Arachni-rigs, the open-terrain variant of the Arachni-rig that any Van Saar gang can field. These mobile exosuits are heavily armoured and equipped with powerful jump boosters. Each carries synchronised Heavy Las Carbines on its torso, two mechanical servo-arms, and your choice of two arm-mounted weapons – a Plasma Gun or a Flamer, and a Rad Gun or a Harpoon Launcher.

Each Ash Wastes Arachni-rig can be built with a closed cockpit or an open one with a visible pilot, for whom there are two different head options. They are posed as if about to leap – adventurous hobbyists can also remove the pins on the arm joints, allowing for even greater pose customisation.

This set consists of 120 plastic components and includes 2x Citadel 50mm Round Bases with flying stems. These miniatures are unpainted and require assembly – we recommend using Citadel Plastic Glue and Citadel paints.
