The Red Corsairs are the undeniable masters of the Maelstrom, and rightly feared by all who stray too close to this benighted region of space. In raiding parties of elite Chaos Space Marines and dozens of Traitor Guardsmen, they pillage and burn at will, plundering resources and expanding their hellish empire.
This packed box is the ideal way to start a new Chaos Space Marines collection with the Red Corsairs as the focal point for games of Warhammer 40,000 – or to expand an existing army. Either way, you'll save money compared to buying the models individually. This brutal warband is led by a ruthless Red Corsairs Lord-Captain with an iron fist. He is accompanied by Red Corsairs Reavers, renegade Space Marines who have broken their oaths to the Tyrant of Badab. Battle-hardened Legionaries and Chaos Terminators are also among Huron Blackheart's followers, strengthening the Red Corsairs with their incredibly long combat experience. Traitor Guardsmen are adept at holding objectives or preying on weakened enemies. Together, they form a cruel and formidable warband, ideal as a Renegade Warband Detachment – whose rules you can find in the booklet The Maelstrom: Realm of the Tyrant – Detachments, available separately.

The miniatures in this box are effortlessly customisable. The Red Corsairs Lord-Captain can be equipped with a power maul or power sword, as well as a plasma pistol or a plundered trophy. You have a choice of three heads, two ammunition belts, and two backpack-mounted adornments for him.
One of the Red Corsairs Reavers can optionally be built as a Champion, and their sprues offer 14 interchangeable heads, 16 interchangeable shoulder pads, and various weapons, including boltguns, bolt pistols, and brutal reaver blades.
The Chaos Terminators come with a wide selection of weapons, including five combi-weapons, three power fists, a heavy flamer, a reaper autocannon, a chainfist, and a pair of lightning claws. The heads, shoulder pads, and trophy racks are also interchangeable between the miniatures.
One of the Legionaries can be built as an optional Champion, armed with a plasma pistol, a boltgun or bolt pistol, and a power fist, power axe, power sword, or power maul. The kit also includes interchangeable heads, shoulder pads, backpacks, boltguns and bolt pistols, close combat weapons, and weapon options, including a melta, plasma gun, flamer, missile launcher, and heavy bolter.
The Traitor Guardsmen Sergeant can be equipped with a corrupted pistol or boltgun, and a chainsword, close combat weapon, or power sword. The rest of the squad also has weapon options, including a melta, plasma gun, flamer, cultist sniper rifle, and cultist grenade launcher.
The Upgrade Sprue is designed to be used with the Legionaries and Chaos Terminators miniatures, and includes five unhelmeted heads, 10 shoulder pads for power armour and five shoulder pads for Terminator armour, as well as accessories such as ammunition belts, hanging trophies, and chainswords.
The kit also includes 2 Red Corsairs transfer sheets, each containing 248 high-quality designs, a selection of Red Corsairs symbols, skulls, kill marks, and other cursed insignia in infantry and vehicle sizes.
This kit comprises 602 plastic components and comes with 6 Citadel 40mm Round Bases, 10 Citadel 25mm Round Bases, and 20 Citadel 32mm Round Bases. These miniatures are supplied unpainted and require assembly – we recommend using Citadel Plastic Glue and Citadel Colour paints.
The Red Corsairs Lord-Captain, Red Corsairs Reavers, and Red Corsairs Upgrade Sprue will be available separately at a later date. This set is only available while stocks last.
