Vultarax automata utilise a complex cortical unit that allows them to control the various anti-grav engines and thrusters that keep them aloft, allowing them to act more independently. While the Magi of the Mechanicum deploy Vultarax as vanguard units, advancing to engage and disrupt enemies, automata assigned to Skitarii Conclaves are primarily used as scouts. For this secondary role, the Mechanicum allows a few Stratos-Automata to be retrofitted with additional auspex scanner arrays.

This multipart plastic kit allows you to build a Vultarax Stratos-Automaton, a hovering weapon platform for your Mechanicum and Skitarii Conclave armies in Warhammer: The Horus Heresy. This swift unit is armed with an arc blaster, a Vultarax missile launcher, and dendrite claws, making it a threat at both short and long ranges. You have a choice of different dendrite claw and tentacle designs to customise your miniature.

This miniature has no specific allegiance symbols, so you can attach it to any Mechanicum force, whether you believe the Emperor is the true Omnissiah or a false prophet.

This kit includes 1 Mechanicum Constructs Transfer Sheet with 558 high-quality decals. It features motifs for Opus Machina, Opus Taghmata, Iungum Cybernetica, Cybernetica Bund, and Fracta Aedificium, as well as other stripes, markings, and cog designs to adorn your miniatures.

This kit consists of 92 plastic components, 1 Citadel 100mm Round Base, and 1 115mm Flying Stem. This miniature requires assembly and is supplied unpainted – we recommend using Citadel Plastic Glue and Citadel Colour paints.

12+. WARNING. Not suitable for children under 36 months. Small parts. Essential pointed components.
