The Knights of the Realm form the majority of the Bretonnian nobility and its armed forces. Due to their high rank and deeds, they command great respect. Questing Knights, on the other hand, are the youthful sons and daughters of Bretonnian nobles, who set out as brave young warriors to earn their spurs under the strictures of the knightly code. Heavily armoured and riding the noblest warhorses, Bretonnian Knights in lance formation are an unstoppable force, shattering an enemy horde like a woodman's axe splits a log.
From this multipart plastic kit, you can build 12 mounted Knights of the Realm or Questing Knights, the heavy cavalry of the Kingdom of Bretonnia. Each knight is a noble warrior, bearing a lance and a sword at their belt. They are protected in combat by heavy armour and strong shields, and their warhorses are equipped with barding. This kit also includes all the upgrades you'll need – musicians, standard bearers, and champions – whether you want to field your knights as a single lance of 12 models or two units of six knights each.
Additionally, a range of helmeted heads is provided, featuring heraldry worthy of Knights of the Realm. Here you'll find dragons, unicorns, and antlers, or heads adorned with ribbons and tokens of favour for Questing Knights. The kit also includes bare hands, lance poses, knightly embellishments, and horse heads, allowing you to truly personalise your Bretonnian Knights. Please note that the horse heads in this kit are a random assortment and may differ from those shown on the packaging.
This kit contains 180 plastic components, 12 Citadel rectangular bases (30 x 60 mm), and a Bretonnian transfer sheet with 176 high-quality decals.
These miniatures are supplied unpainted and require assembly – we recommend using Citadel Plastic Glue and Citadel Colour paints.
