The tribes that dwell in the tundras in the north of the World of Legends are a tough people whose warrior culture developed over long centuries. The powers of corruption shape the lives of the barbarian tribes, for the primeval spirits they worship are in truth demonic deities of the Aether, feeding on the adoration of their mortal servants.
This packed set is perfect for starting a new Warriors of Chaos collection – or expanding an existing army – and unleashing them in games of Warhammer: The Old World. The Chaos Barbarian Riders lead the charge, using their speed to outmanoeuvre and harass enemy units. They are followed by the Chaos Barbarians on foot – savage fighters from the icy wastes of the North. This is the first opportunity to get the new Chaos Barbarian Riders and Chaos Barbarians miniatures, but this box is only available while stocks last.
This set contains 50 multipart Warriors of Chaos miniatures:
– 40x Chaos Barbarians
– 10x Chaos Barbarian Riders
The miniatures in this set can be easily customised. The Chaos Barbarians can be built as two large units of 20 warriors each, or as four units of 10 warriors each – each with their own optional Champion, Standard Bearer and Musician. Each Chaos Barbarian can be equipped with either a hand weapon and shield, a two-handed weapon, or a flail. The hand weapons and shields are compatible with all miniatures, and the miniatures have two head options to choose from – helmeted or unhelmeted.
The Chaos Barbarian Riders can be built as one large unit of 10 warriors or as two smaller units of 5 warriors each – each with an optional Champion, Standard Bearer and Musician.
This set contains 2 Warriors of Chaos transfer sheets, each with 246 high-quality transfers. These include symbols of the Cult of the Bloody Hound, the Cult of the Crawling Serpent, the Cult of the Carrion Crow and the Cult of the Cruel Griffon, as well as other Chaos symbols and cursed runes.
This set contains 664 plastic components, 10 Citadel rectangular bases (60 mm x 30 mm) and 40 Citadel square bases (30 mm). These miniatures are unpainted and require assembly – we recommend using Citadel Plastic Glue and Citadel-Colour paints.
