Rikuto Ohashi came to London as a League Cup champion - and left as a World Champion, thanks to his masterful use of his Ice Rider Palkia deck and the ice that flows in his veins in the face of battle. The strength of this deck lies in its use of Origin Palkia VSTAR's devastating Subspace Swell attack in combination with a Choice Belt and a full Bench to deal up to 290 damage per attack, knocking out almost any Pokémon in battle with a single hit. Supported by Sobble, which fills the Bench, and a powerful Inteleon engine for searching for Trainer cards needed to power up attacks and bring Pokémon into play, this deck leaves all opponents helplessly adrift.
